Includes spring POOL OPENING, 16 (8 for bi-weekly) summer pool visits and complete POOL CLOSING (winterization)

Includes ALL water balancing procedures, ALL basic chemicals supply (pH, Ch, balancing chemicals, water alkalinity control, calcium hardness)!

Spring pool/spa opening

• Assemble and start pool/spa pump and equipment
• Re-installation on ladders and hand rails
• Vacuum swimming pool interior up to 1 hour
• Blow deck area around the pool/spa
• Remove , clean and fold cover
• Water test, Start up Chemicals included
• Shock, DE powder included
• Check water circulation for adequate flow
• Visually Inspect Pump, Filter, and Heater for Proper Operations and report
• Bring the water level up to normal

* We Appreciate If Customer fill the pool prior to scheduled date of service. (at least the middle of the tile or middle of the skimmer throat)

Entire Season 16 weekly or 8 bi-weekly visits:

• Water test, add chemicals as needed
• Vacuum swimming pool interior up to 45 minutes (if needed) excessive debris extra charge $35 for every 30 minutes
• Skim water surface
• Brush Swimming pool basin
• Clean pump hair lint strainer
• Clean all skimmer baskets and main drain covers
• Backwash and clean filters as needed
• Blow deck area around pool/spa
• Visual inspect pool/spa equipment and filtration system

Swimming Pool and Spa closing

• Lower Pool Water to proper Level
• Air Blow lines
• Winterize Filtration system and Pumps
• Add antifreeze into skimmers
• Install all inlet and outlet plugs
• Remove all pool equipment, handrail, ladders
• Install Owner’s Pool cover
